General Terms of Work & Client Responsibilities
At Abservetech, we give high priority to our client refund policy while ensuring strong protection for our scripts and digital products.
- Data backup is solely the responsibility of the client. Abservetech shall not be held liable for any loss of data or content arising from any cause or circumstance.
- Abservetech is not responsible for any changes made by the client or third parties, including deletions, modifications, or additions. However, such issues may be corrected upon request at an additional cost.
We collect only the necessary information required to deliver our services. Personally identifiable information will never be used for purposes unrelated to our services without prior consent. Clients are provided the option to opt out where applicable.

Payment Conditions
If a client cancels or discontinues a project after work has commenced, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be calculated based on the progress of the project at the time of cancellation.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Abservetech is committed to customer satisfaction and transparency through this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Abservetech reserves the right to revise or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Pricing and payment terms may be updated in accordance with the applicable price schedule. Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
- All scripts and products provided by Abservetech are digital and intangible in nature. Once payment is completed and the client gains access to the customer portal or product download (after installation), the sale is considered final and closed.
- No refund requests or further claims will be accepted after product access or delivery.
Purchased products will be delivered within two (2) business days from the date of purchase. Business days include Indian government-declared local holidays. Any refund request related to delivery delays will be evaluated after holiday verification.
Support Conditions
- Free installation support is provided within two days from the date of purchase.
- After this period, any additional support will be charged on an hourly basis, as mutually agreed.
- All third-party services, tools, licenses, copyrights, or paid integrations are the responsibility of the client.
- Abservetech does not provide warranties or guarantees for any third-party products or services used.
Project Timeline
Abservetech makes every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. Project work begins only after receipt of an advance payment ranging between 30% and 50% of the total project cost. Timelines may be extended due to factors beyond Abservetech's reasonable control.
