GENERAL TERMS OF WORK, RESPONSIBLITIES OF THE CLIENT

  • We provide lot of importance to client refund policy at ABSERVETECH. We take considerable policy to protect the scripts and products of our company.
  • Data back-up is entirely the responsibility of the client. ABSERVETECH is not responsible for any loss of content due to any reason or circumstance.
  • ABSERVETECH does not assume responsibilities for any changes caused by the client or a third-party. These could include but would not be limited to deletions, modifications or additions. However, ABSERVETECH could be willing to rectify these for an additional charge.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • We clearly provide all information for our client. Personally identifiable information is never used for purposes that are not related to the above without your consent and you are provided a window to opt out of such use.
  • Name of Organization and Contact Person
  • Address
  • Phone numbers
  • Electronic mail identity etc.,

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • A cancellation fee could be charged if the client cancels or discontinues the project midway. This fee could be in accordance to the state of the project at the point of discontinuance or cancellation.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Abservetech ensures our customer satisfaction in all aspects. So we also rely on this Refund and Cancellation Policy policy to make it more convenient for customers.

Abserevtech has the rights to do any sort of change in this terms and agreement from time to time. Cost and payment terms may be changed in accordance with the applicable price schedule. All other provisions may be changed by Abservetech immediately upon notice. Continued use of the services and products following any change constitutes acceptance of the change.

OUR REFUND POLICY

Abservetech provides the flexibility for the customers to check the entire demo online before purchase. If the clients having any queries regards the coding standards or any other pre-sale assistance queries, the customers can utilize the live chat support from 10 AM to 7 PM ( IST ) which is provided from Monday to Friday ( Business Hours ).

The scripts or products developed by Abservetech are digital and intangible products and on the first account of payment and on the first account of customer access to the customer portal and download ( after installation ), the sale is considered as the sale – closed and therefore NO REFUND requests or any other further claims are not entertained.

The purchased products from us will be delivered within 2 business days once after the date of purchase. These business days will always include the all local holidays defined by our India Government. So for any refund request during this time for the delay in delivery will be subjected to this local holiday verification also.

CONDITIONS FOR SUPPORT

  • We provide free installation within two days from the time of purchase. Following this period, support is charged on an hourly rate as agreed upon.
  • Third-party product/services and support that are integrated into the website and demand payment, licensing, copyright and the like will be client’s liability and responsibility. These could also be procured on behalf of the client by us for a fee.
  • ABSERVETECH does not provide any guarantee or warranty for any third-party products or services used

TIME SCALE

  • We put in our full efforts to complete the project on time. We begin the work on clients’ projects only after receiving the agreed upon deposit that could be anywhere between 30 to 50% of the agreed price. However, the timelines may need to be extended depending on the factors that are beyond Abservetech’s control.
